Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted OT licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess/screen patient\'s daily living/work-related skills and develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives.
• Confer with the patient\'s physician and care team to develop/revise the Plan of Care.
• Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to improve/restore strength, coordination, ROM and function.
• Review/revise retraining programs to align with patient goals and rehab guidelines.
• Coordinate with vocational team members to plan patient-focused outcomes.
• Report patient status and progress to physicians and care management team.
