Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess/screen patient's daily living/work-related skills and develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives.
• Confer with the patient's physician and health care team and participate in Plan of Care development.
• Provide therapeutic treatment to improve/restore strength, coordination, ROM and function as ordered by physician.
