Responsibilities

• Assess/screen patient's daily living/work-related skills and develop retraining programs with measurable objectives.
• Confer with physician and rehabilitation team to develop/update Plan of Care.
• Provide therapy to improve/restore strength, coordination, ROM and function per physician orders.
