Job summary

This role requires an active state license, ACOTE accreditation, NBCOT eligibility, CPR certification, and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OT program or equivalent.
• Eligible to take or has completed NBCOT entry-level exam.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full occupational therapy services under approved plan of care.
• Ensure plan of care addresses identified problems with rationale.
• Maintain safety and effectiveness of therapy delivery; document timely.
