Amedisys is hiring an Occupational Therapist to deliver home health OT services under physician-approved plans of care. You will assess patient needs, develop effective plans, and ensure safe, high-quality therapy in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include timely documentation, supervising home health aides when the RN is unavailable, and adapting plans as patient conditions change. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualificações

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Eligible to take or has completed the NBCOT entry-level certification exam.
• One year related occupational therapy experience or regional clinical leaders' approval for less than one year.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy services under a physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure the plan of care addresses problems identified in the assessment and documents rationale if not addressed.
• Be accountable for the safety and effectiveness of the OT service delivery process.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Supervise home health aide when the RN is not active in the case.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
