PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Springtown, TX. You will partner with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness through hands-on, evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Assess patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions
