Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Central Houston, TX. In this role you will partner with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life at home.

You will evaluate conditions, design individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse patient personalities and needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
