PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Needville, TX. You will partner with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life within their homes.

Focus areas include restoring mobility, improving functional abilities, and promoting long-term wellness through hands-on interventions tailored to each patient. Prioritize evidence-based practices and collaborative care with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas
• Professional liability insurance for practice in Texas
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
