PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in Mesquite, TX. You will partner with patients to help them regain independence and improve quality of life in their own homes.

The role focuses on restoring mobility, functional abilities, and long-term wellness, with Medicare-covered home health services. Essential duties include evaluating patients, creating individualized plans, educating families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to

Formación

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas
• Current professional liability insurance for Texas
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
