Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Arlington, TX. You will partner with patients to regain independence and improve quality of life in their homes.

You will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness with evidence-based interventions, while collaborating with a diverse care team. Prior home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license.
• Current professional liability insurance.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
