Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Texas. You will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life in the familiar surroundings of their homes.

Essential duties include evaluating conditions, creating individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic strategies, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
