Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Mesquite, TX. You will partner with patients on recovery, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life in their own homes, delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient’s needs.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas is required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
