UnitedHealth Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes, promoting independence, safety, and improved quality of life through individualized plans.

You will collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to develop plans, document timely, supervise home health aides when RN is not active, and perform all aspects of OT service per physician orders.

Formación

• Graduate of an occupational therapy program accredited by ACOTE.
• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Eligible for NBCOT certification or already certified.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• All aspects of OT service delivery under a physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure plan of care addresses identified problems with documented rationale.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery.
