UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes, promoting independence and safety. You will collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and agency policies.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, supervision of home health aides when needed, and seamless integration into a patient-centered care model that supports quality of life across health journeys.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an occupational therapy program accredited by ACOTE.
• Current license to practice OT in the assigned state.
• Eligible to take or have completed NBCOT certification exam.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Deliver occupational therapy services per a physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure the plan of care addresses identified problems and documents rationale when not addressed.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery; supervise home health aide when RN not active in the case.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation; perform other duties as assigned.
