This full-time position requires ACOTE accreditation, state OT licensure, NBCOT eligibility, CPR, and 1+ years of OT experience.

Qualifikationen

• ACOTE-accredited OT program required.
• Current license to practice OT in the assigned state.
• NBCOT certification eligibility or completed.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ years of OT experience.
• If less than 1 year experience, approval from regional clinical leaders and mentoring/residency program.
• Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.

Aufgaben

• All aspects of occupational therapy service delivery under a physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensures the plan of care addresses all problems identified in the assessment or documents rationale if addressed elsewhere.
• Safety and effectiveness of the OT service delivery process.
• Completes documentation timely and accurately.
• Supervises home health aide when RN is not active in the case.
• Other duties as assigned.

Ausbildung

ACOTE accredited OT program

State OT license

Current CPR certification

1+ years OT experience

Regional leadership approval if <1 year experience; mentoring/residency program

Driver's License and reliable transportation
