Amedisys, part of the Optum family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes to promote independence and safety. You will collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans per physician orders.

Responsibilities include delivering OT services, ensuring safety, documenting promptly, and mentoring home health aides when needed. Compensation ranges based on market and full-time status.

Formación

• ACOTE-accredited OT program completion is required.
• Current state OT license.
• NBCOT certification required/eligible.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver OT services in patients' homes under an approved plan of care.
• Ensure plan of care addresses identified problems and patient safety.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation; supervise home health aide as needed.
