Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in home health care or health insurance verification preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Wellsky/Kinnser/Allscripts/EPIC) is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and families.
• Detail-oriented with patient confidentiality.
