Job summary

WellSky is seeking an experienced Home Implementation Consultant to lead deployment, customization, and adoption of our solution across healthcare settings in the United States. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time, ensuring alignment with objectives and workflows.

You will conduct requirements sessions, analyze current processes, and provide configuration guidance and training to maximize usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
• Experience in home health or hospice clinical operations and/or healthcare software implementation or consulting
• Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools and solutions

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to plan and execute solution implementation tasks in alignment with client objectives.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, analyze current solution workflows and designs, and validate implementation tasks address gaps.
• Provide recommendations to client executive teams for leveraging solution capabilities to create efficiencies.
• Deliver advanced training sessions for designated clients on intricate solution functionalities and tailor the approach to accommodate diverse user needs.
• Resolve most solution configuration issues and mentor junior consultants by supporting escalations and training new hires.
• Perform other job duties assigned.
