Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Senior Vice President of Clinical Strategy to lead adoption and evolution of our clinical workflows across post-acute installations. You will translate market insight into actionable strategy, partner with development and sales, and drive client success through scalable playbooks and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 12-15 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 6-7 years of relevant management work experience.
• Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with solutions teams to bring clinician, caregiver, administrator, operational, and performance perspectives into solution design, roadmap, and prioritization decisions.
• Define clinical and operational benchmarks and scalable playbooks to improve adoption, quality, and operational performance.
• Develop rollout strategies that scale across client segments and ensure go-live readiness.
• Partner with sales leadership and marketing to shape positioning, narratives, and win strategies for strategic opportunities.
• Design change management frameworks to prepare teams for new workflows and minimize disruption to care delivery.
• Identify and mitigate clinical and operational risks throughout transitions and convert lessons learned into repeatable practices.
• Partner with sales in prospect and finalist meetings by bringing clinical authority to solution positioning.
