Job summary

WellSky seeks a Consultant II to lead the implementation of Home Health & Hospice Professional Services solutions, ensuring successful deployment, customization, and adoption. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, organize requirements gatherings, and guide users through training to maximize solution value.

Required 2–4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in healthcare IT or professional services.
• Experience with Salesforce, billing processes, and revenue cycle management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams and client personnel to complete implementation tasks throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Organize requirements gathering sessions, including analysis of current solution workflows, designs, and mapping processes.
• Facilitate client meetings to understand business objectives and challenges and offer workflow modification suggestions to optimize the solution for client goals.
• Serve as an advisor for clients and offer consultation that requires review of a variety of factors for solution customization and configuration to enhance user experience.
• Provide hands‑on training to designated client members and guide them through the solution's functionalities and features to increase proficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues and determine which issues need to involve internal technical teams.
• Perform other job duties assigned.
