Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Clinical Consultant II to lead the implementation of WellSky solutions in a remote capacity for clients, bridging clinical workflows with software capabilities and guiding adoption. This role supports the Blood Management Professional Services team from across the United States, with hybrid access to HQ collaboration in Overland Park, KS.

You will collaborate with project teams, review clinical workflows, train clients, ensure regulatory compliance, and troubleshoot

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in a blood bank setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to complete implementation tasks and gather requirements.
• Review requests with providers to improve workflows and patient care.
• Provide hands-on training to clients on solution functionalities.
• Ensure implementations comply with regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide consultative support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
