Job summary

WellSky in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a Home Implementation Consultant to lead deployment, customization, and adoption of our healthcare solutions. You will partner with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementations on time and with high quality.

This role relies on project management, requirements gathering, and advanced configuration guidance, with responsibilities including training, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in home health or hospice clinical operations and/or healthcare software implementation or consulting.
• Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute solution implementation tasks with clients and PMs.
• Lead requirements gathering and validate gaps.
• Advise clients on configuration and use of advanced features.
• Deliver training sessions tailored to diverse user needs.
• Mentor junior consultants and support escalations.
