Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Home Health Business Development Specialist to drive growth through referrals and strategic marketing within the home health field. You will foster partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, physician practices, and community organizations to increase admissions and patient census.

The role requires building relationships, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with clinical and operational teams to improve conversion and expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of home health business development experience.
• Proven track record of achieving admission and census growth goals.
• Strong understanding of home health services, post-acute care, and referral sources.
• Experience developing and executing sales and marketing strategies within an assigned territory.
• Ability to build and maintain strong referral relationships and professional partnerships.
• Experience analyzing market trends, referral patterns, and growth opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring team members preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development and healthcare marketing plans that support referral growth and census objectives.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physician practices, and community organizations.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, educational programs, and in-service meetings to promote home health services.
• Identify and pursue referral opportunities, market trends, and growth initiatives within the territory.
• Maintain and grow patient census and referral activity in alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support market expansion strategies and development initiatives.
