Cantex is seeking a Home Health Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the North Houston area by expanding referral partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, physician practices, and community organizations. You will promote home health services, conduct outreach programs, and collaborate with clinical teams to improve referral-to-admission conversion.

Responsibilities include market analysis, strategic planning, and leadership in outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of home health business development experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding admission and census growth goals.
• Strong understanding of home health services, post-acute care, and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development and healthcare marketing plans that support referral growth and patient census objectives.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physician practices, SNFs, and community organizations.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and educational programs to promote home health services.
• Identify and pursue referral opportunities, market trends, and growth initiatives within the territory.
• Maintain and grow patient census and referral activity aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support market expansion strategies and initiatives.
• Assist with marketing materials, campaigns, and outreach activities.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of business development personnel when assigned.
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to improve referral-to-admission processes and conversions.
• Monitor referral pipelines, lead-tracking, and performance metrics; report activity and trends.
