Vivie is seeking a Manager of Home Health Clinical Operations to oversee day‑to‑day clinical provision for home health services in Minnesota. You will guide an interdisciplinary team, ensure high‑quality, compliant care, and drive operational efficiency while fostering a supportive work environment.

You will lead initiatives in QA, compliance, staff development, and workflow optimization, with a focus on patient-centered outcomes and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• RN, PT, OT, or SLP license in MN.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and home health regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle.

• Lead Clinical Operations - oversee interdisciplinary team to ensure timely, high‑quality care with regulatory and billing compliance.
• Supervise and support staff to optimize care delivery and meet productivity standards.
