Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health across Minnesota. You will deliver skilled nursing care in clients’ homes, educate families, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Strong documentation, collaboration with the care team, and driving to client locations are required.

The role emphasizes patient safety, independent judgment, and high-quality care with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team under a Regional Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be RN licensed in Minnesota.
• CPR required within 6 months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured personal vehicle.
• Ability to pass state mandated background check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Travel to client homes within designated regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Client Care - Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures to ensure client safety and well-being and educate clients and caregivers.
• Maintain Accurate Client Records and Billing - Document services using the EMR system and understand payer sources and authorization requirements.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Quality Care - Follow nursing standards and state/federal regulations and Vivie policies.
• Communicate Effectively and Collaboratively - Maintain clear communication with clients, families, physicians, referral sources, and the team.
• Other Duties as Assigned - Participate in team meetings, special projects, or assist in other areas as needed.
