Vivie in Minnesota seeks a Manager of Clinical Operations to lead clinical excellence and ensure compliant, high-quality care for residents. You’ll oversee assessments, care planning, documentation, and supervise nurses and staff, fostering a compassionate, high-performing culture.

You’ll collaborate with housing administrators, wellness teams, and culinary staff to provide holistic, individualized support, while promoting dignity and independence in daily living.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• 2–3 years RN experience, ideally in assisted living or long-term care.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical thinking.
• State and federal regulations compliance knowledge.
• Ability to pass state background checks.
• English reading/writing/speaking for team communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical excellence by overseeing assessments, care planning, and services with safety and compliance focus.
• Supervise and develop clinical staff; hire, train, coach nurses and care staff.
• Build strong relationships across care teams with housing, wellness, and culinary leaders.
• Promote resident-centered living, aligning clinical support with personal goals.
• Coordinate with families, providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth transitions and outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
