Job summary

Vivie in Minnesota seeks a Manager of Home Health Clinical Operations to lead the day-to-day clinical provision of home health services and oversee an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes high-quality, client-centered care aligned with state, federal, and company standards.

You will supervise staff, optimize care delivery, manage caseloads, and partner with HR and Quality teams to support onboarding and ongoing education while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN, PT, OT, or SLP license in Minnesota.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle.
• Ability to pass state mandated background check.
• Strong leadership, team management, and clinical oversight skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Operations - oversee interdisciplinary team to ensure timely, high-quality care with regulatory and billing compliance.
• Supervise and support staff - manage field and office staff to optimize care delivery and productivity.
• Ensure efficient case management - assign caseloads by acuity, staff availability, and performance benchmarks.
• Drive quality and compliance - collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to improve CAHPS scores and Home Health data.
• Foster growth and retention - provide onboarding, ongoing education, and staff development.
• Other duties as assigned.
