Job summary

Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA seeks a full-time Client Services Manager in Voorhees, NJ. This role coordinates client services, staffing, and schedules to ensure compassionate, reliable home health care for adults across Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties.

You will lead scheduling, support field staff, and partner with Clinical Managers while participating in recruiting, onboarding, and quality-improvement initiatives. A daytime office-based schedule with local travel is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, scheduling, client services, or another service-based environment.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities while responding to clients, families, and field employees in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of Home Health clients and serve as a consistent resource for clients and families.
• Coordinate client services, staffing, and schedules based on client needs, location, availability, and service requirements.
• Schedule and support field employees, including registered nurses, LPNs, therapists, and other care team members.
• Monitor staffing coverage, attendance, call-outs, missed visits, schedule changes, and continuity of care.
• Respond to client, family, caregiver, and field employee questions or concerns and coordinate timely resolution.
• Partner with Clinical Managers and office leadership to address changes in client condition, service needs, and care delivery concerns.
