Job summary

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager for the Jersey City Assistive Care State Programs office. This leadership role supports clients receiving state-funded home care services and leads caregivers, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.

You will oversee onboarding, care plan development, and service delivery, collaborating with office staff to adapt to changing priorities and maintain strong client relationships in the local community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or an associate degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, human services, case management, or service operations.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare, human services, or a service-based environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of caregivers and field staff.
• Oversee client services, including onboarding, care plan development, service coordination, and ongoing delivery of care.
• Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and service check-ins, with occasional field visits.
• Build strong relationships with clients and families and address concerns with professionalism.
• Partner with scheduling and office leadership to support staffing and reliable service delivery.
• Ensure services align with client needs, BAYADA policies, state regulations, and documentation standards.
• Review service quality and follow up on incidents, complaints, or missed services.
• Support caregiver engagement, accountability, coaching, and performance development.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of field employees.
• Collaborate with referral sources, families, caregivers, and internal teams to promote client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client and employee records and timely documentation.
