BAYADA Home Health Care invites applications for a Client Services Manager in our Wyomissing, PA office. Lead scheduling, grow your caseload, and build strong client relationships to ensure high-quality home care.

You will collaborate with Clinical Managers and field staff to support operations, monitor metrics, and drive office growth in Berks County. The role emphasizes leadership, service excellence, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Healthcare, medical office, or home care experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Demonstrated success taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
• Manage and proactively grow your caseload.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support quality home care delivery.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with your office and field teams.
• Monitor admissions, Medicare percentage, and referral outcomes.
• Support the overall growth and success of the Berks County office.
