Job summary

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager for its Jersey City Assistive Care State Programs office. You will lead caregivers and field staff, oversee onboarding and care plans, and ensure compassionate, reliable services for clients in the community.

You will partner with the office team to manage priorities, support service quality, and grow the program while maintaining BAYADA policies and state requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant healthcare/home care experience, or
• an associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare or human services

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of caregivers and field staff
• Oversee client services from onboarding to ongoing care delivery
• Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and field visits
• Build trust with clients and families and resolve concerns promptly
• Collaborate with scheduling/office leadership to ensure reliable service
• Ensure services align with care plans, BAYADA policies, and regulations
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and orientation of field employees
• Promote client satisfaction through collaboration with referrals and teams
• Contribute to quality assurance and documentation accuracy
• Model BAYADA values and participate in on-call rotation
