Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our dedicated home health team in Naples.

You will work with one patient for the full shift, building a relationship and delivering essential daily living support to improve quality of life. Responsibilities include ADL assistance, mobility support, vital signs monitoring, and lightweight housekeeping.

Qualifications

• FL State CNA certification or HHA from a 75-hour program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Social Security Card.
• TB Test (2-step within 12 months or QuantiFERON within 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance (ADLs) and patient comfort.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress or problems and report to supervisor.
• Assist with mobility, lifting and transferring as needed.
• Light housekeeping, meal prep, bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating support.
• Foster patient engagement and social interaction to enhance well-being.
• Monitor pulse, temperature and respiration and report anomalies.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program
