Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home health care team in Naples, FL. You will work with one patient for a full shift, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring comfort to enhance quality of life.

The role requires Florida CNA or HHA certification, CPR, and a 75-hour training program. Paid training, weekly pay, and a full benefits package are provided for full-time employment.

Qualificações

• Florida CNA or HHA certification completed.
• Current CPR certification.
• 75-hour training program completion.
• Social Security card, driver’s license, and auto insurance card.

Responsabilidades

• Assist one patient for entire shift with ADLs and comfort.
• Maintain care records and report observations.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship to enhance mental health.
• Monitor vitals (pulse, temperature, respiration).

Responsibilities

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! We have been a leading provider over 25 years in the private duty/home health care industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes within our community.

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)
