Medical Services of America is seeking an experienced Account Executive for Home Health to join our team in Clearfield, PA and DuBois areas. You will develop new referral relationships, support patient census growth, and collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality home health services.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range, PTO, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of physicians, hospitals, discharge planning needs
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and sales targets
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and auto liability insurance

Aufgaben

• Conduct territory market analyses and develop strategic business plans quarterly and annually
• Establish and nurture new referral sources to grow opportunities
• Maintain and strengthen current referral relationships for ongoing collaboration
• Partner with the clinical team to align efforts and maximize patient outcomes
• Identify and implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams to drive census growth
• Stay up-to-date on Medicare and state-specific home health care regulations
• Obtain physician orders for treatments and participate in the referral process
• Promote the full spectrum of Medical Services of America’s home health care services
