Medical Services of America, Inc. through its Medi Home Health Agency unit, is seeking an experienced Full-Time Account Executive in Chapel Hill, NC.

The role focuses on developing new referral relationships and strengthening existing partnerships to support patient care and census growth. You will work with our clinical team, analyze territory opportunities, and implement market strategies while ensuring compliance with Medicare and state home health regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Develop quarterly and annual territory business plans.
• Identify and nurture new referral sources.
• Maintain relationships with current referral partners.
• Collaborate with clinical team to support patient census growth.
• Stay informed on Medicare and state home health regulations.
• Coordinate physician orders and referrals.
• Promote Medical Services of America home health services.
