Pinnacle Home Care is seeking an Experienced Home Health Account Executive to drive sales in Naples, FL and surrounding markets. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources, promoting home health services while ensuring timely admissions and patient satisfaction.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years in medical sales, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to travel as needed to grow the referral network and patient

Qualificações

• Minimum two years of medical sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the territory as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze prospects within a market territory by reviewing past and current marketing data.
• Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and ALFs to grow sales.
• Maintain an accurate account list and physician profiles for targeted outreach.
• Promote services provided within the assigned territory and coordinate admissions and referrals.
• Attend community meetings to educate on agency services and support operations for timely patient care.
• Meet with referral partners and patients to ensure a full continuum of care and track referrals daily.
