Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate for the Pottery Barn brand to assist customers, operate the POS, and replenish merchandise during the busy season across the Princeton area store.

You will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support daily store operations. Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced retail, are flexible with hours, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Assist customers with product selection and promotions.
• Process sales, returns, and other POS transactions.
• Stock, ticket, and replenish merchandise.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and presentations.
• Support pickup orders and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe sales floor and checkout area.
• Collaborate with teammates and follow store procedures.
