Key responsibilities include processing HELOC applications, assessing creditworthiness, obtaining appraisals, and maintaining a compliant, timely loan pipeline while ensuring confidentiality and excellent member communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Loan Coordinator or 3 years in finance or sales; mortgage preferred.
• Ability to handle immediate and unexpected needs with product knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed while handling member requests.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and assess needs to improve financial situations.
• Guide members through MACU tools and cross-sell as appropriate.
• Process Home Equity Line of Credit applications and related documents.
• Review credit reports, collateral, and appraisals for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage loan pipelines to meet deadlines.
