Job summary

Hawaii State Federal Credit Union in Honolulu is seeking a Senior Consumer Loan Processor Associate to own the Home Equity HELOC pipeline from application through funding. You will coordinate with underwriters, title companies, and borrowers to move loans toward closing, using judgment to identify risks and resolve obstacles.

In a fast-paced environment, you will balance volume with quality and deliver accurate, timely results while providing an exceptional borrower experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in loan processing or related fields.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to independently manage a pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of title and lien review.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline prioritization and stakeholder communications.
• Review and manage underwriting conditions.
• Analyze title, insurance, and collateral documents.
• Drive the loan from application through closing and funding.
• Perform quality control reviews and ensure policy compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to team members.
