Job summary

Qualifications
- At least 1+ year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license for travel; Notary Public and NMLS training may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional member service; assess member needs and advise on products and services.
- Open new accounts and service existing accounts; cross-sell products.
- Assist with loan applications, documentation, and closings; originate home equity, personal, and auto loans.
- Reaching out to community through outbound calls and events; represent the credit union professionally.
