Job summary

Public Service Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Loan Processor to support HELOCs and home equity loans from application through closing. You will partner with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and members to ensure files are complete and compliant, while delivering exceptional member service.

The role requires 1+ year in loan processing, familiarity with LOS, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in loan processing, mortgage lending, or related field.
• Experience processing Home Equity Loans or HELOCs.
• Familiarity with LOS and lending software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process Home Equity Loans and HELOCs from application through closing.
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate disclosures, title work, appraisals, and other services.
• Monitor loan conditions and follow up with stakeholders as needed.
• Prepare loan documents and closing packages and ensure regulatory compliance.
