You’ll complete applications for qualified homeowners and hand them off for finalization. Expect a base of $20 per hour plus uncapped commission with an OTE of $60k–$100k in the first year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in phone sales, retention, or a call center environment.
• Comfortable discussing financial topics with a conservative customer base.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• Coachable — applies feedback quickly and consistently.
• Reliable attendance and full-shift consistency.
• Consumer finance, mortgage, insurance, or warranty background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners and deliver a clear introduction to the program.
• Explain how the partner's offering works and answer initial questions.
• Assess eligibility against partner qualification criteria.
• Accurately complete applications on behalf of qualified homeowners.
• Meet daily and monthly conversion and quality targets.
• Maintain accurate call records, notes, and dispositions in the CRM.
• Follow all compliance and call-handling standards.
