Honey Homes, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to transform booked walk-thrus into new members and recurring revenue from our Oakland HQ.

You will manage the bottom of the funnel, qualify homeowners, ask the right questions, and confidently close deals using a mix of phone, text, and email. With 2+ years in high-velocity sales (SaaS/home services a plus), you will leverage automation and HubSpot to maintain a clean pipeline, protect show rates, and drive uncapped commissions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a high-velocity environment.
• SaaS, home services, real estate, or membership businesses are a plus.
• Same-day follow-through is expected.
• Strong communicator who builds trust and closes deals.
• CRM experience; HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualify and confirm booked walk-thrus so specialists meet informed homeowners.
• Ask targeted questions to assess needs and set expectations.
• Protect show rates by confirming and reminding appointments.
• Maintain clean records in HubSpot for the team.
• Follow up after walk-thrus to handle objections and close.
• Nurture not-quite-ready and re-engage aged leads.
• Collaborate with SDRs and Walk-Thru Specialists on handoffs.
• Identify patterns in objections and lost deals to improve playbooks.
• Use AI tools to move opportunities faster while maintaining a personal touch.
• Be ready to handle inbound leads when volume spikes.
