Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a driven, full-time Outside Sales Representative to close high-ticket in-home projects. You’ll meet with 8–12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close sales.

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K with uncapped commissions and bonuses; Top performers earn $300K+. This is a hybrid role with on-home visits and pre-qualified appointments.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training
