Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage homeowners in the assigned area and generate sales. Training is provided, and no prior sales experience is required.

You will use outreach methods like door knocking, mail, and calls to build relationships and explain product benefits and pricing. The role offers a pay structure with salary plus commission, a company vehicle, phone, iPad, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
