Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Home Energy Specialist to conduct Mass Save home energy assessments and model energy efficiency across customer homes. You will drive to appointments from your home and report to a local office weekly for team meetings, with offices in Sutton, Springfield, and other MA locations.

Training starts soon and will cover insulation, LED lighting, and HVAC upgrades. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), valid MA license, and strong

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Mass Save program knowledge a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments.
• Model homes in energy efficiency software and generate energy savings reports.
• Recommend energy-saving measures such as insulation and high-efficiency HVAC systems.
• Initiate sales and secure service contracts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on energy efficiency benefits.
• Organize and guide customers through paperwork processes.
• Install energy-saving products during assessments and complete necessary paperwork.
