Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment (DME) in patients' homes. You will educate patients on equipment use and ensure safe operation while delivering high-quality customer service.

Located at the Colville branch, this role offers a smaller-team environment with clear on-call expectations, a stable schedule, and paid on-call stipends. Expect hands-on work, a strong safety focus, and opportunities for growth within our nationwide

Qualifications

• Lift, carry and maneuver equipment up to 50 lbs in daily deliveries and setups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate instruction on equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily deliveries and setups
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use
• Offer a high level of customer service and support to patients who may rely on this equipment for life-sustaining needs
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately
• Maintain supply components in patient profiles
• Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs
• Perform routine vehicle checks
• Support additional duties as assigned
