Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment in patient homes. You will educate patients on equipment use and ensure safe operation while delivering high-quality customer service.

Join a smaller branch team with a supportive environment, on-call rotations, and a stable schedule. Prior experience is not required, but a valid driver’s license and a driver training completion are necessary.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt to home-delivery settings.
• Strong dependability and reliable schedule adherence.
• Comfort working in patients' homes with sensitive equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry, and set up DME at patient homes.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up equipment and supplies.
• Provide clear instruction on equipment use and safe operation.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to patients.
• Complete delivery logs and vehicle documentation.
• Assist with minor equipment maintenance as needed.
