Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment in patient homes. Educate patients on safe use, while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, on‑call environment.

The role emphasizes safety, independence for patients, and teamwork within a flagship Phoenix Metro market. A stable schedule with on‑call rotation, a potential for on‑call stipends, and a focus on compassionate, professional patient care are core to this position.

Qualifications

• Lift, carry and maneuver equipment up to 50 lbs as part of daily deliveries and set-ups.
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills required.
• At least one year of related work experience is required.
• 21 years of age or older; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment ranging from 10 lbs to 160 lbs during deliveries and setups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use.
• Offer high level customer service and support to patients relying on life-sustaining equipment.
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle.
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed.
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately.
